CSC Ahmed Kaugama: The Pride Of The Nigeria Customs Service. By - Tony Okpe.

 CSC Ahmed Kaugama now heads seven states in the northern part of Nigeria, before his new assignment he was the officer in charge (OC) strike force of the federal operation unit, zone 'A' of the Nigeria customs service. His Anti smuggling activities before his new posting cut across the western region of Nigeria which comprises, Lagos, Ondo, Ogun, Ekiti, Osun and Oyo states. He has recorded several seizures. Most of the contraband goods seized by this anti - smuggling CZars includes, rice, use tyres, second hand clothes pupularly called (okrika) and frozen poultry products etc. CSC Ahmed Kaugama is  regarded as a versatile working officer until his recent assignment as the OC strike force in charge of the following states - Kano, jigawa, kaduna, sokoto, Niger, borno and zanfara states. He is a dedicated officer and working encyclopedia whom the Nigeria customs service can call upon anytime to any task and he would deliver to the admiration of his master's. In his current location, he has started fighting smugglers to a standstill and had made several seizures ranging from contraband rice, use tyres, frozen food etc. He is the pride of the Nigeria customs service. He is liken to be DCP ABBA KYARI of the Nigeria Customs service, anywhere he finds himself, he is always making the difference in the fight against the dreaded smuggling gangs. He has won several awards, just to mention one most important, he was the National Crimewatch Outstanding Nigeria Customs Service Strike Force Officer of the year 2019. CSC Ahmed Kaugama is a native of Kaugama local government area of jigawa state. He is happily married with children.
